TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The booking is accepted based on the information provided by you on this form and is subject to agreement of these conditions. Any alteration to details you have provided on this booking form may lead to additional charges.
2. A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking and cover admin costs. The deposit is non-refundable, but transferable if we are available on your newly chosen date.
3. If the wedding is postponed for any reason and we are unavailable for the new chosen date, the deposit will be non refundable.
It is advisable that a hair trial is booked approximately a month before the wedding date.
4. The outstanding balance of all bookings will be payable before the wedding day.
5. Minimum Booking Requirement: The Client agrees that for the bridal hair services to proceed, a minimum booking of four (4) people, including the bride, is required. This condition is mandatory to secure the service booking.
On occasion, Calon Bridal Hair may use photographs of our brides for publicity/advertising purposes.
